Full Sail University, based in Winter Park, Fla., has been providing degrees in art, design, film, animation and more since 1979. The school was recently named the 2008 School/College of the Year by the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges.

The company not only placed in the large company category for this contest, but has also ranked in the top 5 in the Orlando Sentinel's Top 100 Companies for Working Families.
